Bazat pe o istorie de aproape 13 ani de cand sunt utilizator HYT / Hytera si a lipsei lor de comunicare directa cu utilizatorii finali, nu credeam ca as spune vreodata asta, dar:
De data aceasta doresc sa le mulțumesc celor doi dealeri Hytera din SUA , iar in mod deosebit echipei Hytera Mobilfunk Germania, mai ales unor domni care au intervenit si si-au dovedit abilitatile lor tehnice fara a pune intrebari suplimentare. Mulțumirile mele merg si catre Hytera UK, unde primul meu contact a fost demoralizant, dar la sfarsit s-a incheiat impresionant de bine.
Deoarece rezolvarea problemelor mele a inceput cu sfaturi din partea delerilor Hytera SUA, cea mai importanta si tehnica parte a fost realizata din Germania prin Hytera Mobilfunk , ultima parte aprobata de Hytera HQ China si incheiata cu succes in UK de catre Hytera UK, trebuie sa spun ca sunt impresionat vazand o adevarata echipa lucrand sincronizat, si de scala intinsa pentru mine.
Desi multi ma stiu ca de multe ori critic unele dinproduse/servicii Hytera, de data aceasta nu pot spune nimic negativ.

Based on allmost 13 years history since i am a HYT/Hytera user and their lack of direct communication with end users,i didn’t think I would ever say that but:
This time i would like to say thank you to two US Hytera Dealers and a Big Thank You to Hytera Mobilfunk Team and special for two gentlemans who stepped in and proof they technical skills without questioning. My thanks go also to Hytera Uk, where my first contact was demoralizing but at the end it ended impressive well.
As my issue sorting started with advice from US, most impressive part done from Germany, last part approved by Hytera HQ China and ended in Hytera UK, i must say that i am impressed seen such a team work and, as never had and saw such a big extended help i am speacheless.
As some people know me moaning about some of the Hytera products/services, this time cannot say anyting negative.
